The Ferryman’s Covenant
Cult of The Ferryman’s Covenant
Summary:
The path to and from Death has no predetermined route. Each person’s journey is their own to traverse and return from, in their own time.
Guiding Tenets:
Everything is as it should be. Everything and everyone ends up exactly where they should be, some paths are simply longer than others.
Protect all that seek out shelter.
Treat all as Guests, whether they are of your flock or someone else’s.
Some build a better tomorrow, some build a better today. Live in the present with all that surround you, while working together on the foundations of the future.
The power in the individual is not of their physical strength but of their ability to be strong for others when needed.
The Inn politely requests that all Graverobber and Grave related activities are conducted off of the property.
The Ferryman’s Toll:
Do not disrupt the cycle, each person’s journey through the waterways is their own to traverse. And, just like these trains in the old world, they end up where they should be..when they need to be.
If these warnings are not headed, if one finds their trip through the waterways ended prematurely….
The Ferryman’s Toll must be paid.
The Inn has balance. The Crossroads has a natural way to it. A method best not interfered.
